royald Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 Is there any module that shows cancelled orders when a customer decides to cancel an order before checking out or cancel order after payment? I have also noticed that when a customer checks out to paypal and not make payment, the status on the order (as I set it) is preparing paypal, but nothing shows when the order is cancelled before final checkout to paypal. I also noticed that items not paid for..showing preparing paypal..are deducted from stock as if bought until they are deleted and restocked. Is there a way not to let this happen?
