The problem i am having is that when purchases are made, the order end up with a different (previous) customers email address, which sometimes creates the order in someone else account. it does not happen often.. but since the volume of sales has risen... it has happened a few more times. I asked a friend and he said that he thinks the problem is not in any of my configuration as the problem would happen with every order and said he thinks its a problem in 1and1. I really dont know and would like some suggestions and ideas on what could be the problem.
