New Products of the Month Problem

I have had this problem for about a month. On my index page, the products of the month arent rotating. I tried to change the time, and date i entered them, but they arent rotating. Does anyone have an idea that might fix it. I tryed to backup but it didnt help.

My recollection is that the query returns the list in reverse order of the date they where added and then by name. Therefore the list should remain static unless new products are added. Manually changing the date added would affect the list order. If not it may be a cache issue. hth

I dont think the items are loading static, is there a easy way of doing this?
