Manufacturers and Category Selections in Title and Headings

Hi,

 

Is it possible at all when a visitor has selected a Manufacturer and a Category from the drop down lists is shows their selections in the META TITLE and the H1 headings? For example if they select 'Canon' as a manufacturer it shows all the canon products including printers, cameras etc and the META title Shows Canon and the H1 shows Canon, and when they select the Printers in the category drop down after they selected Canon as a manufacturer the META title and the H1 displays 'Canon Printers'?

 

I've tried the Header Tags SEO plugin but it only seems to change the title for the Manufacturer and not the Category from the drop down after selecting the manufacturer.
