Guest Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Hey all, so basically this should be a simple fix. When a customer visits my contact form and fills out the NAME and EMAIL field and then a message upon sending, the message arrives without the customers name or email. It simply shows that my own email address was the sender. Here's my contact form http://www.americancandg.com/contact_us.php Any help would be greatly appreicated.
