mummyreturns Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Hi, new to this, and this may be a totally daft question ..... the customer login / create a new account is not working as soon as I click on either of these from the front screen I crash out to a standard explorer can't finf this page message. any ideas??? thanks!

Does it begin with HTTPS (note the S!)? :unsure: If it does, do you have a SSL certificate installed? :unsure: If not, install one or disable SSL in you catalog configure file. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
