jimb0 Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 I am adding new categories, and the large image is saving, but thumbnail images are not being generated. Thumbnails of 120x120 should be generating and going into the images/products/folder, but they are not. And the system is not even giving me an error. Is there a way I can debug what's going on? In addition, sometimes when we add new products, the image name on the front end drops a few characters, therefore not showing the image. This is a weird issue as well. thanks.
