Problem with PayPal Express Checkout

Running the latest 2.2rc1 version of os-commerce and having problems adding the UK copy of PayPal Express Checkout. I installed the basic US version and it was coming up with the error "currency not supported" and tried different ISO codes thinking that was the fault. Then found the paypal_uk_express version and installed this but now on the confirm order page instead of saying "PayPal Express (including Credit Cards and Debit Cards)" it is saying "MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_EXPRESS_TEXT_PUBLIC_TITLE" and this is the name it comes as in the payment modules in the admin section? Note it is not the UK version.

I have got it down to the includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal_uk_express.php file

When I put the non UK version back, the text returns to normal. When you click the confirm order button it can't find the link to catalog/ext/modules/payment/paypal/express.php as it should be express_uk.php. Where do you change this?

I have added the individual php files manually as it says.

How do I get it to show the correct text on the page and to have the correct link
