I have installed the OSC v2.2 Release Candidate 2a

and installed lots of contributes and module and some customization.

However, the current version is only english.

Is there any free translator from english to simplied chinese for osc

fast, instant and easy to translate as well.

What is the translator URL ?

What freeware to download in order to do this instantly?
