obabajide Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I need help! i am frustrated, and think i am way over my head with this site. i am trying to edit a template that i bought that came with this osc package and i have tried all i can and i dont want my 155 dollars to go up in smoke. my problem is this: I can open the .psd file from my source and edit it in adobe photoshop, but after i edit it, it saves it as a .html file. I do not know how to transport this to my domain name. Where do i need to save this changes? i have tried contacting the webtemplate help and i think the man is starting to ignore all my cries for help. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME! Also, i have set up mysql using godaddy. How do i edit the products and add my own? i have unique things that i want to replace all the items with. Please, i nam in need of help! Thanks!
Guest Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 In Photoshop, choose save as and choose filename.psd as the file extention. IN admin>catalog>products you can delete the sample products given to you by the OSC install and add your own products into your own categories using the admin interface. No need to manually change the sql database with godaddy. Chris
