Those templates can really mislead people into thinking its a turn key website.. they really arent. anyways, your tables look A LOT better now. as far as the new text field, i BELIEVE there is a contribution is you search add field at addons.oscommerce.com If not, you can install the CCGV(trad) contribution which will allow you to create coupon codes and make them one time use per person, ect.. So if your friend's website sends a confirmation email when someone creates an acocunt on his website, then he can send them the discount code to input into your store when they check out. You can make it a certain dollar amount off, a percentage.. one time use, expiration date, ect.. its a GREAT contribution. We have it on all of our websites. just some food for thought.
