Could someone PLEASE help me integrate this module into Order Confirmation page

So for almost the entire day now I have been trying to figure out how to integrate the ability of having this deposit module below on the page on the very last page before sending order, the order confirmation page. (shows total due now and the amount remaining, i.e. 25% deposit Payable immediately: $25 with the remainder payable in 1 month: $75 )

 

I found a old contribution that is a payment module that shows the deposit and how much is due now and how much later, however if you use that payment module, the customer cannot pay the deposit with their credit card, which is what I need. :-( Rather it does absolutely nothing.....

Actual order totals and all that are irrelevant for me since I enter the credit card info myself, so none of that matter. I just need to have a way for the customer to see how much is due now.

 

So basically I am trying to find a way to put that deposit module on the order confirmation page.

 

I would TRULY APPRECIATE any help! I do not imagine it is that difficult and it definitely has to be possible, its just that I am totally lost when it comes to PHP and hours of trying to get this to work has been to no avail.
