error on Product Atributes

when i try to acess the product attributes page it gives me this error:

 

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-0, MAX_ROW_LISTS_OPTIONS' at line 1

i dont't know what the hell happened, but i re-instaled the same instalation of osc in another folder and it's working untill now with no problems lol
