mmstoned Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Hello All! I have a customer who is having a problem with his oscommerce store and shipping to Canada. His customer placed an item into his shopping cart and selected "First Class Internation Package" at a rate of $9,36. When he goes to his payment page the shipping changes to "Global Express" and a rate of over $48.00 Does anybody have any ideas as to why this may be happening? I appreciate any and all help that you guys and gals can give me. Thanks!
Guest Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 I don't think anyone could take a guess without more info. Obviously there's either some code problem or a setup incorrect in the backend. The info is too general. Since there are no code errors showing for the customer, I'd guess its a problem in the backend setup.
