Clothing Store measurement option

Iam working on a clothing site, my client have a peculiar demand.

 

When a person select any cloth, for Example, First the user selects a cloth, after that a user select a particular Collar type (may be out of 3)

 

Next the user selects the Chest Measurement (say 10 inches from a drop down)

 

So it's like a Custom Tailor taking measurements.

 

After finishing everything these measurements should be able to go as an email to the tailor.

Iam just confused how can i go about it.

Have you looked at using 'Product Attributes' with your products?

 

Set up the attributes in Admin and add them to your products.
