Shipping Charges

Hi,

 

I am new to setting up the shipping charges for my site.

 

I want to set up shipping charges in the following way:

 

Orders up to £50 cost £3.99 INLAND (UK) and £6.50 (WITH NO VAT) OVERSEAS

Orders between £50 & £100 cost £6.99 INLAND (UK) and £9.50 (WITH NO VAT) OVERSEAS

Orders £100 or More cost £7.50 INLAND (UK) and £10 (WITH NO VAT) OVERSEAS.

 

Is this possible?
