Manufactures and Categories side by side menu

Ok i have my site on qqfbotique.com/catalog

 

and i need to make the manufactures combined with the categories.

 

Here is an example of what i would like.

I would like to make it side by side so you can choose to list either one.,

 

 

I need to get this done by tomorrow.
