Product Attributes 1036 Error

When trying to add product attributes I get the following error:

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

 

insert into products_attributes values ('', '396', '11', '292', '', '')

 

[TEP STOP]

I just took over this project and many attributes have been added before so I am unsure how this happened.

Anyone have any suggestions?
