Guest Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Hello, I only have one shipping option turned on, table shipping, and it is stuck charging 8 dollars for every shipping, needless to say this is driving me crazy as I have poked and prodded everywhere to resolve this issue. Here are the values I have in my table shipping in my admin: Table Rate Enable Table Method True Shipping Table 1:5.80,2:6.00,3:7.00,4:8.00,5:9.00,6:10.00,7:11.00,8:12.00,9:13.00,10:14.00,11:1 5.00,12:16.00,13:17.00 Table Method weight Handling Fee 0 Tax Class --none-- Shipping Zone --none-- Sort Order 0 ANY help is much appreciated!!! Guest Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Okay, I fixed my own problem and I'll tell what I did in case anyone else has this problem. In the admin mode, I went to configuration/shipping and packaging, there will be an option that says "Package Tare Weight," set this value to zero if you want your shipping to be displayed exactly as you set it up in the table.
