Trying to identify template contribution

I've inherited a site which is apparently using one of the STS template contributions. I'm trying to identify it. I was wondering if anyone recognizes it before I go downloading them all.

 

It's in the includes folder, sts_templates/full. There are files:

 

index.php_1_09.html

index.php_mfr_4.html

index.php_.html

index.php_mfr.html

sts_template.html

 

Does anybody recognize which contribution these are from?

This is at least STSv4.1.

You will be safe to upgrade to version 4.5.8. Before you do, save the files located in includes/modules/sts_inc/ folder. Compare and merge any custom code into the new version of the same files. Otherwise, do a full file comparison with your current version and the files in the v4.5.8. There has been a lot of bug fixes and enhancements since v4.1 so you should give upgrading a serious thought.
