Shipping Zones

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble setting up the shipping zones.

 

I'd like to use the Table Rate based on price (or Zone Rate if possible to base on price) for multiple zones.

 

First of all, it seems that the Table rate takes in tax zones as input (where I really want to just select countries, like CA,US; like the zone rate).

Second of all, I'm not exactly sure how to link the named tax zones to entire countries.

Third, I'm not sure how to have a module select multiple zones.

 

Could someone help me with this?
