ghirsch Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Im having problems with customers being able to checkout using the Credit Card via PayPal option. The message I get is: There's an error with this transaction. Please enter your state in the billing address. Anyone know how i can resolve this? Much appreciated.

Guest Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 I'm not 100% sure, but on the details of the PayPal module change the payment zone option to none. I think this might fix your problem.
ghirsch Posted September 4, 2008 Author Posted September 4, 2008 I appreciate the stab at it but the Payment Zone is already set to none. As the error indicates it needs a state to continue checkout. I do not see any field that lets you enter a state in it. This is what really confuses me.
