h3rB Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Ok well I click on my first catagory, it then shows in the main content area the links to the new catagorys with images and what not. I then click on one of them to go inside that catagory. This catagory has 2 more inside it, but it doesnt show them but only says "There are no products to list in this category." and the only way to get to the other catagorys inside it is from the catagory menu.
Guest Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 We have seen this issue only when products and subcategories are in the same directory. So if you have a top level category named FRED and sub category named JOE, with products 1-10. If products 1 and 2 are in FRED with JOE then only products 1 and 2 would show up in the main content area, JOE would be visible but only on in the categories box. If you have no products in that category, you may want to link to your site so we can see what is going on.

In any case you had the answer to your question 7 days ago. You can keep on posting all you like but the answer will be the same. If you have categories and sub-categories and sub-sub-categories then all of the products go into the lowest sub-category or sub-sub-category. If you put any products in higher level categories than your final sub-category or sub-sub-categoriey then you mess things up. Vger
