email gone haywire

Hi everyone. I have been happily using my OCcommerce site now for 2 years. Over the last 6 months I have not touched a thing on the site, only added products and all of a sudden things start going wrong.

 

The email orders I receive in Outlook used to be nicely laid out but now I get this at the beginning of the order and the text for the order is spread out over 2 pages, no layout.

 

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

 

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

 

 

Now also if I respond to a customer from within OScommerce mail system they get a mail but it is totally blank.

 

I am hoping someone can assist with this because I have no idea where to start seeing I touched nothing.

Find the date the first problem occurred and ask your ISP if they changed anything on the server at that date.
