How could I limit a Coder who I would like to work on my website and make some files changes.

 

I don't know this coder well...

 

Is there a way to do it, to limit his rights to change database or other important files??

Any good coder should have a localhost on their computer. Send them a zip file for them to make changes then send the file back to you zipped. You should save a copy of the original osc before you install any new changes.
