Need detailed info on shipping rates

Where do I find info on setting up shipping? I'm not seeing what I need in the documentation.

 

What I need is to have three zones, US, Canada, and non-continental US.

 

For the US zone, I need to set a rate that is $10 for orders up to $99.99 and 10% of merchandise total for $100 and up.

 

For the Canadian zone, I need to set a rate that is $20 for orders less than $30 and 45% of merchandise total for $31 and up.

 

For the non-continental US zone, I need to set a rate that is $20 for orders less than $30 and 70% of merchandise total for $31 and up.

You cannot mix percentages and fixed rates in the way you want to, so you'll have to forget that idea.

 

With the World Zones shipping module you can set your shipping charges up by Weight or by Price of the products, and have different Zones (countries).

Thanks, I was able to find the multiple geo zones contribution that does exactly what I need.
