Help with error 1044

I am having problems on the installation. First can't upload the .htaccess files to my webhost (not permited by my web hosting provider. Second, after I upload the rest of the filee, make the database and finish the installation, the only link that work is the one to access the administrator area on the website but not the main store that customers supose to see.

 

I have this message every time I try to access the page.

 

 

1044 - Access denied for user 'my user name here'@'localhost' to database 'name of database here'

Try to repair your database from phpmyadmin
