[HELP] import - export CSV file

hi guy's and girl's!!!

 

i'm stuck now. i export my database product in CSV for excell. open it and add some item. no problem for this moment.

 

when i save as back the file in CSV and try to import back it is theyre i got some problem. i receive a message ERROR saying

 

Invalid field count in CSV input on line 1

 

what this mean.. i don,t change anything in the database. except adding new item at the bottom of it.

 

somebody can help me with this??

i found something now it's work but i don't like it.

 

the major reason why it doesn't work it's because i have some special caratere in my sentence. ex: ", (, comma, #, and french font like : à, é, è etc..

 

remove or replace these letter or symbol and it will works.
