User Permission problem

Hi i recently reverted back to an backup version of my cart, everything seems fine apart from this warning message. what do i do to fix the security risk?

 

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/thebrass/public_html/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.
