php_Guy Posted September 3, 2008 Posted September 3, 2008 I realize that this is a dumb question but osc 2.2rc2a has admin login now. I was wondering if that is sufficient or do I still need .htaccess control as well? Assuming that I did, I created htaccess authorization but that means you have to login once to get through that and then again to get through the osc login. That doesn't seem like something that they would have intended.
FIMBLE Posted September 3, 2008 Posted September 3, 2008 Its a personal paranoia choice really, i think that it is as safe as any other encryption based password conrol out there. I have know users to use both though. its all about how safe you feel NIc Sometimes you're the dog and sometimes the lamp post [/url] My Contributions
