Multiple colors and multiple sizes for shoes. subjective to product

Hi,

 

I am trying to figure out how to to have a drop down in product attributes for a color and then the specific sizes that go with that color.

 

my issue is I have shoes with these colors white, black, red

 

but non of them have sizes that match.

 

So I need to be able to have subjective information depending on the product.

 

So can someone please tell me how to do this. I am extremely new to this platform and know very little about PHP programming.
