Another Thumbnail Help Request

I am having a hell of a time trying to search for what I need...hopefully one of you nice folks can point me in the right direction.

 

I'm looking for an add-on, if one exists, that allows me to use my own (separate, pre-made) images in place of thumbnails. I see a lot of auto-thumbnailers, which is not what I want...I want to use a completely different image as a thumbnail and my large image, as I have already created thumbnails for my art gallery and would like to use the same ones for the store.

 

If one of you could point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it!
