This is the error message I get... Can't establish connection --> ftp.secure9.securewebexchange.com/condo-mont-tremblant.com/panier2:21 @ Tue Sep 02 19:41:11 2008 (11004-100) The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.

CORE FTP LE connecting to server via ftp protocol. I recommend to contact the hosting provider. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

I recommend to contact the hosting provider. Hi again, Just got reply from CORE FTP LE and they say issue is with host... "It's a DNS problem... Either the domain hasn't propagated yet or there is a problem with the DNS setup. Contact your host provider for assistance." Please advise. Thanks Mario
