Guest Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 One of our customer account is having a sale and has a huge increase in traffic. The sale started a few days ago but starting yesterday customers were logging into other accounts. So looking at the database customer "a"s billing information, payment, and shipping info are appearing under customer "b"s account. Therefore customer "b" is getting update emails. Customers were on the site at the same time and could have logged in at exactly the same time. I have overwritten the database with the correct customer id but have no idea what may be causing this. We had a similar issue on our own site maybe 4 or 5 years ago and it had to do with the time login (customer a and b logging into the site at the same time down to the millisecond) but cannot remember what we did. I have also turned off page cache, changed the sessions info and still the problem persists (though not as potent - - - 1 in 50 orders rather than 1 in 10). Any ideas? Thanks!
