batch processing to pay

My client wants to use Paypal to Paypay to some mebers using batch processing where by an API connects to paypal and makes Payment.

 

SO he does not have to involve much with those payment activities.

Is this possible if Yes which Paypal account will be needed.Plus which contribution will work for this.

I think I was not clear.

 

In oscommerce we have affiliates thru contribution added.

Now the store owner should be able to pay them using some code(without being involved to login to paypal and pay).

The code uses some API of paypal and just makes the payment.

 

Is this possible.
