They only way she even knows people are buying stuff is because Paypal is letting her know that someone paid. What needs to be done so that she can see what she's selling?? It is probably because the customers are not being routed back to the osC site and leaving once the paypal payment goes through. The way osC works is that unless the paypal payment comes back (the auto redirect or click to continue link from paypal) to the site, the order is not finalized whether the payment actually went through or not. If the customer has master password installed, you can log into the customer's accounts and manually complete the order and apply the paypal payment but what we did was put a big red message on the link saying click here to finalize your order. Same problem here, but with 2checkout. I've had my store for 2 years now and this has happened 4 times. The only way I know is if I get a notification from them that a purchase was made. It doesn't show up on OSC, like the transaction never happened. It's not in the users history. I did a sample purchase using my account and it happened again and after my transaction at 2checkout, I was brought back to OSC. What could be the cause? Thanks very much, have a nice day.

Hope this helps. Sorry, I'm kinda confused. I haven't ever heard of master password, so I'm not sure if I know how to do that. Also, is there any way that I can get them to be routed back to the osC site so that I don't even have to worry about master password and all? Thanks for all your help!

Use Paypal IPN .. it records the order to your database BEFORE they are redirected to paypal ... that way if they DONT return back to your site you still have the order in your database
