accept quantities of products < 1

my English is not very good, but the german forum can't help me.

I will accept quantities of products < 1. I found this Partial Quantity Mod, but it doesn't works.

 

I have two problems:

 

1.if a customer change the quantity in the customers basket, the product delete of the customer basket

2.if a customer finish the order, he came back into the customer basket
