Auctions 2.1 cron job question

i have a question regarding to auctions 2.1

It said 'set a cron job to execute aucron2.php file every 3 mins.'

However, i then go to the linux server

there is /etc/crontab or /etc/cronhours

 

What script i the need to put in order to make the cron job to execute

aucron2.php file every 3 mins.?

 

Any sample of the script and should I just put it to /etc/crontab or /etc/cronhours

Shall i also need to restart the linux server in order to take effect ?
