how to add to body of email ?

I would like a few things rather then just comments to appear in the email that comes from the Contact Us page - rather like :-

 

Name :-

 

Email :-

 

Comments :-

 

 

could somebody start me off on how to do this please ? I know it uses the $enquiry but how do I add multiple things to it ?
