Cannot add images to QTPRO after installation

Does anybody know why I cannot add or edit my existing images in the admin panel. I just installed QTPro and another contribution that lets me have a large image and a small image for the thumbnails. Everything was working before and now the area where I browse for the image is greyed out and I can't even type in it. HELP!!!!
