Connection Interupted errors?

Hi, I'm getting connection interupted errors as follows

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This happens whenever I try to save files through oscommerce ad ons such as easy populate or filemanager. What gives? I can FTP just fine though.
