andyfindlay Posted August 31, 2008 Posted August 31, 2008 Hi I have just returned from holiday to find my host has moved my site to a new server. Site appears to have been down for 6 days, when accessing my site online the top title and left hand caterogies are showing but there is no home page information and when clicking on a categorie item it does not take you anywhere Click on link to see http://66.102.9.104/search?sourceid=navcli...sicons.co.uk%2F My host has said the following "That the script gives an error concerning register_globals but the page does not appear to fully load even when register_globals is enabled for the entire server. They have enabled register_globals for every directory within the httpdocs folder. However your domain is still failing to display content in a manner typical of an issue with register_globals. I would recommend requesting help from the dev community for the script. If there's another setting which needs to be edited/added please let us know and we will be happy to assist with it." I can not access my admin area the login appears and then says The website cannot display the page HTTP 500 Most likely causes: The website is under maintenance. The website has a programming error. What you can try: Refresh the page. Go back to the previous page. More information This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying. For more information about HTTP errors, see Help. Please could someone help with suggestions that I can pass on to my host who does not provide scripting support. Many thanks.
Jan Zonjee Posted August 31, 2008 Posted August 31, 2008 Please could someone help with suggestions that I can pass on to my host who does not provide scripting support. In the table for special offer the script ends with "Die angegebene Datei konnte nicht auf dem Server gefunden werden!", so a file that is supposed to be used or included is not there. You could start with that.
