catalogue request contribution problems

Hello,

I hope someone can help, I installed catalogue request v2.0 - http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/2576 -

In the admin panel I go under Reports, then Export Catalogs to see the customers info who ordered catalogs, and under their names you click on export requests and I get the following code

 

Sorry, I cannot open this file: /home/users/web/b747/sl.belford01/public_html/estoredownload/resultsc.txt

 

Then if you reclick on Export Catalogs all the info is gone, and it says no pending catalog requests.

 

I have hade some people sign up for catalogs and now there info is gone and I have no way of sending them catalogs.

 

The support thread for this is at http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=211110 and other people had the same problem, but there is not much help there to explaine the problem.

 

PLEASE HELP!!
