receive an email confirmation when customer creates an account?

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is any way to set things up so that I will receive an email telling me when a customer creates a new account?

What would be the contribution that can do that, I have not yet found it.

 

Just to be clear here, what I'm looking for is simple, how to send an email to the admin of the shopping site each time a new customer register.

It is working for each time an order is place, but not for new customer.

The reason is that sometime the confirmation email does not reach the customer and people complain about that, that way I could simply make sure they received it by sending them an email but only if I know about them in time.
