Help on radio buttons

Hi there,

 

I hope I'm posting in the right section here for this little problem I have.

 

When people create an account, I'd like to choose between private or bussiness (by radio buttons).

When they select the bussiness button, they immediatly get to see the company name fill box and the VAT box (and possibly some added commentary) - This without refreshing the page.

 

I know this probably has to be done with javascript, but I have no idea what so ever how to write this.

 

Can some body help me out or point me in the right direction?
