LaurenElise Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 For some reason the best sellers arent showing properly on my website. I've had the same three items listed there even though ive sold heaps of other products. Does anyone know why this would be happening or how I can fix it?

Also some of the products have sold more quantities than the ones displyed in best sellers. It doesnt seem to be registering any new sold items
LaurenElise Posted August 30, 2008 Author Posted August 30, 2008 I found some information that says the products_ordered should have positive counts, and mine has negative counts. I think this might be whats causing the problem. It also says you can reset the products to 0 with SQL code UPDATE products SET products_ordered = 0; Im a bit nervous to play around with the database tho. Does anyone know if this sounds right? Also is there anyway to add the best sold products after I reset the product count?
LaurenElise Posted August 30, 2008 Author Posted August 30, 2008 Ok I went ahead and changed all the minus values in the products_ordered field to zero and it appears to be all working now :)
