Sort order settins from admin not applied

Hi,

 

for shipping I'm currently using 2 options and for payment 3 options. On all items I've set the sort options in the admin panel.

 

However on the checkout_shipping page the sorting remains always the same, regardless of changing the sort settings in admin. Also, on the payment page the options are displayed in a different order than I've set up (1 - 2 - 0)

 

Is there any setting for using the sorting as indicated in admin that needs to be enabled?
