Non Product Invoices Possible?

I like the billing and the customer account freatures of OSCommerce. However sometimes I would like to send a client a custom bill for am item not in the store. Eg Misc Services at $125.75

 

Is there a add on for this? I don't think I am the first to think about this.

 

I suppose I could add 1 item to the store for every invoice with a product of 1 and tell a client to purchase it but it would not lookas professional as asking them to create an account and then send them a custom invoice.
