Payment Module errors on newly installed oscommerce

When I open the payment modules I get a series of errors.

What is the problem?

 

The only payment module that shows to the right of the list of errors is authorize.net. When I enter the required data to set it up, seems to go, but when I go to actually add something to the cart I get:
