Adding the correct minimum delivery charges to the 1st checkout page

Hi there :)

 

I've worked out how to update my different shipping options according to order value (yippee!) but now I have a new problem I am struggling to workout;

 

The cost of courier for anything below £50 is now £7.25, yet when I add a product below £50 the shopping basket advises;

 

Sub-Total: £28.75

UK delivery - checkout for other delivery options £4.95

Total: £33.70

 

My question is, how do I change the £4.95 to reflect the new minimum amount of £7.25?
